本中心筹建于2002年12月，注册资金100万元，固定次产投入180万元。具有独立的法人地位，对外承担法律责任和义务。2003年12月通过江西省技术监督局评审，获计量认证合格证书，证书号为：（2003）量认（赣）字（U0980）号；2004年1月获江西省建设厅颁发的常规一级资质证书，证书号：3601000101030。具有完备的检测标准、完善的夫章制度，拥有全新的检测仪器设备。
　　中心设有检测部和综合办公室，检测部下设检测一室、检测二室、检测三室、检测四室；综合办公室下设业务室、财务室和行政室。中心现有职工39名，其中高级职称7名、中级职称6人，中级以上职称占全中心人数33.3%。中心办公地点位于南昌市红谷滩新区红谷大道洪城时代广场58#楼1—3层，房屋面积1057平方米。本中心坚持“科学、公正、准确、满意”的质量方针，严格遵循质量第一、用户至上。用户至上的服务宗旨：以技术标准为依据，以先进的检测设备和数量的检测技术为基础，以完善的质量体系为保证，确保服务质量。

　　The center began to found on Dee 2002, with 1 million RMB registered funs and 1.8 million RMB fixed asset launching. It has the independent corporation position, and takes on legal liability and obligation. After reviewed by Jiangxi Tech Surveillance Bureau on Dee 2003, it got the Measurement Certificate, which number is (2003) (Jiangxi) No. (U0980); On Jan 2004, it got the Regular Class one Qualification Certificate by Jiangxi Construction Office, whose number is 3601000101030. It obtains perfect measurement standard and regulation, as well as updated test instrument and equipment.　　The center has set up inspection department and comprehensive office. Inspection department includes first, second, third and fourth inspection rooms, and comprehensive office includes Business office, financial office and Administration office. The center owns 39 staffs, 7 of them got senior qualification title, and 6 people got intermediate qualification title, which occupies 33.3%. The office locates in the 5th Building, 1-3 floor, Hongchen Times Plaza, Honggu Dadao, Hong Gutan New Zone, Nanchang, with 1057m' acreage.

　　本中心主要提供以下技术服务：1、水泥物理、化学性能检验、普通砼用砂的检验、普通砼用碎石和卵石检验、建筑用砂浆物理性能、砼物理性能。2、普通烧结砖、烧结空心砖、粉煤灰砖物理性能、普通砼小型空心砌块、轻集料砼小型砌块、蒸压加气砼砌块物理性能、混凝土外加剂性能检验、饰面砖粘结力检测。3、建筑用钢材抗拉、弯曲性能、钢筋焊接拉伸、植筋锚栓、抗拔、抗剪性能。4、PVC管材软化温度、拉伸性能、耐冲击性能、耐压性能。5、门窗抗风压性、气密性和水密性能检测。6、电线电缆性能试验。7、岩、土工试验。 8、公路路基及路面现场检测和钢筋、水泥、砂石化学分析、水质分析试验。9、桩基、复合地基检测和土钉墙支护技术。

Anti-pull and anti-bending performance of construction steel,steel bar stretching,anti-drawing and anti-cutting performance test.4.PVC material soft temperature,stretching performance.anti-corruption performance and anti-pressure performance. 5.window and door anti-pressure performance,air-proofing,waterproofing performance test. 6.wire and cable performance test. 7.Rock and construction test. 8.Site inspection of highway foundation and road surface,chemical analysis of steel bar,cement and sand and water quality analysis test. 9.Foundation and compounded foundation inspection and land nail wall-supporting tech.
