谢慰孙，1932年出生，江西樟树人，中共党员，1953年武汉大学毕业，从事城市规划、设计、施工、监理技术工作51年，于1983年3月晋升为高级工程师，2008年元月，晋升为建设工程专业教授级高级工程师，1992年经建设部、人事部批准为国家注册监理工程师，原任南昌市城乡建设局党委委员、总工程师。1989年至1992年7月任世界银行贷款项目南昌大桥总监理工程师（为国内首例“世界银行”赋予中国监理工程师签字权的项目总监理工程师）。1992年8月至1997年5月任南昌市城市建设咨询监理公司总经理（法定代表人），1997年5月公司改制更名为江西中昌工程咨询监理有限公司，任董事长（法定代表人）。1993年、1996年二次当选为中国建设监理协会理事，1996年当选为江西建设协会副会长；南昌市科学技术协会第四、五届副主席；1998年被授予“八五”期间全国工程建设管理先进个人称号，1987年荣获交通部科技进步二等奖，1988年荣获南昌市人民政府【为南昌增光奖】，1999年被评为全国优秀总监理工程师；享受政府专家津贴，担任南昌市仲裁委员会委员。

　　 Xie Wei-sun,was born in 1932 in zhangshu city,jiangxi province,He had graduated from Wuhan University in 1953,an been engaged in Urban Planning,Design,Construct and consultaion Technical for 51 Years.He became the senior engineer in March 1983, became the national registered consultaion engineer with the Nanchang Construction Bureau,From March 1989 to july of 1992,he acted as the chief supervision engineer of Nanchang Bridge project that loaned from the World Bank(he was the first chief consulation engineer that be given signature authority by the World Bank in domestic).From August 1992 to May 1997,he Acte as the General Manager(legal representaive)of Nanchang City Cinstruction Cinstruction company,from May 1997 the company name changed into Jiangxi Zhongchang Engineering Consultation Co.,Ltd.He is the board chairman(legal representative).Be choosed to be the association's director of the China Association of Engineering Consultants in 1993 and 1996;be choosed be vice CDR of jiangxi Cinstruction Consultation Association.Be awarded as the “National Engineering Construction Management Developing Person”in “the Eighth Five-Year Plan”period；Be awarded the second-class award of the Communication Ministry science and technology-deceloping award.Be awarded as“Add to the prestige for Nanchang ”by Nanchang Givernment;be appraised as the “National Excellent Consultation Engineer”,be awarded the government expert allowance.
